Our Core Values

At Storyweb Collaborative, authenticity begins with truth-telling.

Authenticity through Radical Honesty

We approach every story with transparency and respect, creating space for voices to be heard in their full complexity. Radical honesty is an act of integrity—it honors the storyteller, the audience, and the web of relationships that connect us all.

Consent, Relationship, and Interdependence

We honor consent and relationship as sacred elements of the storytelling process. Each collaboration is built upon mutual care and interdependence—recognizing that our stories, like our lives, are woven together in the web of all our relations.

We believe stories are most powerful when they are co-created.

Co-Creation and Agency

Through collaboration, we ensure that storytellers maintain agency over how their narratives are represented. Co-creation is not just a method—it’s a practice of respect, reciprocity, and shared authorship.

Every story holds the potential to teach, heal, and transform.

Storytelling as a Path of Growth

We treat storytelling as a living process—one that nurtures emotional, spiritual, and communal growth. Through reflection and creation, we rediscover our capacity to imagine new possibilities together.
